HOW ARE DEORO SPORTS GLOVES DIFFERENT FROM OTHER GLOVES?
Each DeOro Sports glove is carefully cut, stamped, stitched, laced, and embroidered by hand. Unlike many overseas manufacturers that use mass-production techniques to create “cookie-cutter” products that are the same, no two DeOro Sports gloves are identical. Therefore, each DeOro Sports glove is one-of-a-kind with its unique identity and feel.
WHAT LEATHER IS USED TO MAKE DEORO CUSTOM GLOVES?
DeOro Sports Pro Gloves are handcrafted using genuine SteerHide Leather. Compared to other leather types, SteerHide leather baseball gloves are typically thicker and heavier, which could result in a longer break-in period. Therefore, if you’re looking for durable gloves that offer superior quality and comfort, DeOro Sports Pro Custom Gloves are a yop-notch choice.
Product Care
HOW DO I BREAK IN MY GLOVE?
While there are many “how to break in a glove” methods out there, we only recommend one; find a friend and play lots of catch.
CAN I USE GLOVE CARE PRODUCTS LIKE GLOVOLIUM , MINK OIL, OR HOT GLOVE ON MY GLOVE?
We do not recommend you using any products such as Glovolium , Mink Oil, or Hot Glove to break in your gloves. As consequence, such products can damage the dye color of your glove and possibly the leather.
Order Processing & Shipping
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY GLOVE AFTER IT'S ORDERED?
Once a custom order has been submitted, no changes are allowed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER NON-CUSTOM MERCHANDISE?
Non-custom merchandise usually takes about 3-6 business days to ship within the United States and 7-14 business days to ship internationally.
HOW LONG DO I WAIT TO RECEIVE MY CUSTOM GLOVE?
Receive your custom gloves within 6-8 weeks from the moment you place your order.
DOES DEORO SPORTS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, DeOro Sports ships worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated in real time, based on current rates and the type of service selected.
ARE DUTY AND IMPORT TAXES COVERED BY THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?
No, the shipping cost only covers the cost to ship the item to you. Therefore, customers are responsible for any duties and taxes on international orders.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order ships from our facility, a tracking number will be generated and sent to the email address on your account.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM MADE GLOVES?
We do not offer refunds on any custom-made glove. Hence, any complaints and/or issues concerning a custom glove are dealt with on a case-by-case basis by the DeOro Sports staff. However, there is a 1-year warranty on all custom glove orders. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for additional information.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A NON-CUSTOM ITEM?
Please log in to My Account to initiate your return. If you need to make an exchange, please contact customer service. Please note, that all items must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging, and shipped back in a shipping box/package. Please refer to our Returns Policy for additional information.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I RECEIVE CREDIT OR A REFUND FOR A RETURNED NON-CUSTOM ITEM?
Typically, refunds take 5-7 business days to post to your account after we process the refund. Some banks, however, may take longer to process the transaction. Therefore, please check your credit/debit card statement.
Warranty
DOES DEORO SPORTS OFFER WARRANTY?
At DeOro Sports, we offer a full one-year guarantee on our products against defective workmanship and materials when used as intended under normal conditions. If the item shows no signs of abuse, we will replace or repair it at our discretion. We may also request your assistance by emailing us a photo of the item. Please note that this guarantee excludes damage from misuse. For more details, refer to our Warranty Policy.
