DeOro Sports Warranty Policy

DeOro Sports ball gloves are fully guaranteed for 1 year against defective workmanship and material – when used for the purposes intended under normal conditions and provided they receive proper care. *This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, or normal wear and tears. Most items carry a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects except as noted below.

• Closeout items are provided as-is with no warranty.
• All customized garments/items cannot be returned. This includes customized uniforms, hemmed pants, and special order items.
• Defective item(s) within the 1-year warranty will have the return shipping costs covered by DeOro if required to be sent back for review. Replacements are issued after the return has been processed. DeOro will require proof of defect.
• Items handled and/or damaged by a 3rd party are not warranted.
