Returns & Exchange

General Merchandise (Non-custom)

Returns & exchanges only apply to general merchandise.  To request a return, please contact us at service@deorosports.com, or call us at 909-906-3306. You will be given a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your product to us. You will be required to provide a Proof of Purchase. Upon receipt of the product, we will inspect it, and determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate. We will do our best to ensure you are satisfied.

  • All returns require a return authorization number which must be present on the outside of the return package. Please request your return authorization number and $10 UPS return shipping label using our online returns portal.
  • Return shipments must be delivered back to DeOro Sports within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns received after this time will not be honored.
  • Please return items in the same manner they were shipped to you.
  • All items must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging, and must be shipped back in a shipping package.
  • All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns are currently processed within 3-5 business days after being received back to DeOro Sports.

Custom Gloves

All custom glove sales are final. Please note that due to pattern specifications, our online Custom Glove Builder displays a close approximation of the glove that will be handcrafted just for you. There may be slight variations in the actual glove, such as seams sewn in a different area – this will not affect the performance or overall look of the glove. Of course, if you have any questions about your specific design, contact us at service@deorosports.com, or call us at 909-906-3306.

  • Because custom and customized items are made just for you, they are not returnable. Customized items cannot be accepted for return for final color output not matching either the color displayed at the time the mockup was confirmed or not matching other items ordered.
  • Once a custom order order has been submitted, you cannot cancel the order for a refund.
 

Exchanges – General Merchandise (Non-custom)

We accept exchanges for general merchandise (no-custom). If you need to make an exchange of a like item, simply place a new order with one of our Customer Care Specialists or through our website and proceed to request your return authorization number using our online returns portal. We will ship your new item(s) as quickly as possible via the shipping method you select. You will be charged the purchase price for the new item(s) being requested and current UPS shipping rates based on the shipping method you choose. Once we process your return authorization, we will credit your original form of payment for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.
